C&D Real Estate Group’s Majority-Owned Subsidiary Acquires A-Share Listed Company “Holsin”

On Dec. 8, Xiamen Yiyue Real Estate Co., Ltd, a subsidiary of C&D Real Estate Group, completed the receipt of shares of Holsin Engineering Consulting Group Co. Ltd. (Holsin, SH. 603909), an A-share listed company. Following the completion of the acquisition, Xiamen Yiyue holds a 24.51% interest in Holsin, becoming the single largest shareholder of Holsin.
